Welcome to the homepage of the Regional Consular Centre for the Baltic States. The Consular Centre is affiliated with the Swiss Embassy in Riga, and since 30 May 2011 it has been responsible for consular affairs in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

The Regional Consular Centre represents the interests of Swiss citizens living in the three Baltic States as well as those of Swiss tourists travelling in the region. In addition to offering assistance to Swiss citizens in these countries experiencing serious problems the Consular Centre also provides registration services, issues passports and IDs, birth, marriage and death certificates, and disseminates information concerning AHV / IV as well as on voting rights and procedures.
There are more than 100 Swiss nationals living in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The Regional Consular Centre for the Baltic States is your official point of contact with the Swiss federal authorities and here to provide the services you need reliably and efficiently. On the homepage you will find all the necessary information on consular matters, including instructions and explanations on how to proceed in any particular matter to get the assistance or solution you need from the Regional Consular Centre for the Baltic States.
